This is Joe Bragger giving a tour of his farm near Independence, Wisconsin. He is standing near his trout pond, which has been in operation since 1946. It holds 3,000 brook trout and is operated in conjunction with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the local Elk Creek Rod & Gun Club.
